Theoretic And Related Experimental Study On Deficiency Of Lung-QI And Blood Stasis

Objective:This thesis arranges the origin and development of the theory of deficiency of Lung-Qi and blood stasis,and deeply discusses the theoretic connotation that how deficiency of Lung-Qi can lead to blood stasis.Because of Lung governing regulating,it can adjust the activities of QI and promote the blood circulation.Methods:We should finish the documents of the deficiency of Lung-Qi systematically, refinedly.In the experiment,we refer to the existing method to create the model of "rat with the deficiency of Lung-Qi" and choose some vascular endothelial cell excreted factors such as ET,NO,TXB₂,6-keto-PGF_1α as the indexes which can reflect the state of blood stasis to observe how rats with the deficiency of Lung-Qi effect the vascular endothelial cell excreted factors.We also set up the group of Buqi Huoxue Decoction comparing with the positive control group of Bufei Decoction.Result:The disordered of lung function are the keys to the theory of deficiency of Lung-Qi and blood stasis.Once deficiency of Lung-Qi happened,it would result in obstacle of blood-flow and produce blood stasis.This thesis indicates that deficiency of Lung-Qi can not only effect the lung to produce blood stasis,but also effect the function of other organs that can not push the normal circulation of blood all over the body to produce blood stasis as the result.It also considers that the production of blood stasis resulting from the deficiency of Lung-Qi is closely related to body constitution.Each index in model group all changes more or less,and compares with the normal group,the indexes such as ET,TXB₂, TXB₂/6-Keto-PGF_1α increase and such as NO,6-keto-PGF_1α,NO/ET decline,they are obviously different(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Comparing the model group with the group of Buqi Huoxue Decoction,the indexes of the latter such as ET,TXB₂,TXB₂/6-Keto-PGF_1α decline and such as NO,6-keto-PGF_1α,NO/ET increase,and the differences are obvious(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusions:It indicates that there is the modern pathophysiology foundation in the TCM correlated theory of the deficiency of Lung-Qi and blood stasis,and as the part of pathology foundation,the changement of the indexes such as ET,NO,TXB₂,6-keto-PGF_1α may be the reason that how deficiency of Lung-Qi lead to blood stasis.Therefore,with regard to raise the accuracy of differentiation deficiency of Lung-Qi syndrome and aim at prescription based on the therapeutical principles in clinic,it is important to deeply study on the theory of deficiency of Lung-Qi and blood stasis,also the pathological relationship and the internal mechanism with the deficiency of Lung-Qi and blood stasis.
