The Study Of The Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Decoction On PCOS Patients’serum Levels Of TNF-α, IL-6on The Day Of HCG Administration And Its Corelationship With Success Rate Of Implantation

ObjectiverTo observe oral bushen huoxue decoction for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) before and after treatment in patients with infertility HCG day serum tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha), interleukin6(IL-6) level of influence, this paper discusses the TNF-a, IL-6and PCOS disease and the follicular development, embryo implantation correlation. At the same time with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome improvement and other clinical analysis the clinical efficacy of the kidney and activating circulation party, and discusses their mechanism of action, for the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of PCOS infertility patients to seek more effective treatments.Method:Forty cases will conform to the standard in case of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type PCOS infertility patients were randomly divided into the observation group (oral bushen huoxue decoction) and control group (oral bushen huoxue decoction+Chromium Finn), the observation group including20patients and the control group including20patients, treatment of three menstrual cycles.In before and after treatment respectively from the menstrual period, quantity, color, quality, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, basal body temperature, B to exceed the size and number of ovarian follicle, female sex hormones, HCG day serum TNF-a, IL-6level changes observed the kidney and activating circulation party improve TCM symptoms, adjust the female reproductive endocrine and improve ovarian function and promote the follicular development, and the effect of late embryo implantation.Result:The oral bushen huoxue decoction to treat the type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis of PCOS patients with the total effective rate for infertility was85%, the pregnancy rate was30%. After treatment the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and menstruation, endometrial thickness, follicular size, uterine ovarian blood flow index, serum sex hormones index, and compared before treatment were significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01). The two groups after treatment, serum TNF-a, IL-6express significantly (p<0.05, p<0.01), indicating that the kidney and activating circulation party and combined with western medicine group on the express all has the adjustment function. But the control group is better than the effect of Chinese traditional medicine group, with significant difference (P<0.01). Hint of combination of Chinese and western medicine effect more, to study the specific mechanism.Conclusion:Oral bushen huoxue decoction with different western medicine to promote exhaust scheme adjustable kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with PCOS endocrine level, reduce ovarian volume and promote endometrium and follicle growth and development, improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, showed that this method is the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type PCOS infertility effective method, has the certain research prospect.
