Goal: To investigate the effects of Buyanghuanwutang on spinal cord ischemic-reperfusion injury and discussion the mechanism.Method: SD rats 54, female and male, divides into 3 groups stochastically. A group (blank group) 18,B group (traditional Chinese medicine treatment group) 18, C group (control group) 18. The A group in tests previous 3 days to give Ding Anka physiological, 2/days, until take the marrow. The B group in tests previous 3 days to give Buyanghuanwutang, 2/days, until take the marrow. The C group in 30 minutes which pours into again in the ischemia injects the methyl loose dragon.The 3groups use the renal artery to block the law separately to create the spinal cord ischemia, 30 minutes later executes pours into again.
