Research On The Relation Between Intima-media Thickness Of Common Femoral Artery And The Syndrome Of Diabetic Arterial Occlusion Of Lower Extremities

Object: We will explore the relation between Intima-media thickness of femoral artery's endarterium and the Syndrome of Diabetic Arterial Occlusion of Lower Extremities by using duplex's detection.Method: Nowadays,we devide the DAO into two groups:the syndrom of xueyu and the syndrom of shire. We extract 12 index from deplex's and experiment: IMT of FA,Diameter of FA,Stenosis of FA,FBG,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,ET-1,NO,Fg,PLT. Then we will use Rank sum test,Analysis of variance,Logistic regression to primarily explore the relations between them.Result: We build an optimum regression forecasting equations by using Logistic regression,and finally we sieve the results which contributes most to the diagnose to the DAO:IMT of CFA,TC,Fg,on the contary , HDL is a protection factor which was obviously negative correlated of DAO.Conclusion: Intima-media thickness of femoral artery's endarterium, fibrinogen,total cholesterol and high-density lipoproteins contributes most to the diagnose of the DAO,by these microcosmic reference index we can easily diagnose the syndrome of the DAO.
