This article reviewed the documents of Viral Hepatitis B(HB) through studying the progress and the treatment situation of TCM and Western Medicine ,as well as the animal model research situation and the intervention results of the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and finally established the study of The Effect of Jiangjun Tang on the Immune Function which take the spleen index and the T lymphocyte increment rate as the basic observation index. In terms of The Modern Immunology ,HB virus do not directly damage the liver cells, but cause the liver cells damage and the destruction through host's immunity reply, and result in corresponding clinical manifestation. In this process, along with the immunity reply, the body has the spleen increasing with the lymphocyte multiplication. The model of the immunity hepatic injury in mice which is induced by BCG and LPS is like this.It is considered as the quite ideal animal model,so this study used it.In terms of experimental results,Jiangjun Tang can degrade the liver index and T lymphocyte increment rate of the mice of immunity hepatic injury. It suggests that Jiangjun Tang has the protective function to the immunity liver damage.
