Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang Experimental Study, The Impact Of Pneumocystis Carinii Pneumonia Rat Model Of Immune

Objective:To observe the effect of decoction of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang on immune regulation of rat with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia.Method:waster female rats 60 were divided into normal group, model control group, Western medicine-treated group, chinese herb-treated group, chinese herb- prevented group randomly.The PCP rat model was established as the way generally accepted modeling methods at home and abroad in all groups except the normal group.Rats in model control group were given saline.the rats in the Western medicine-treated group and Chinese herb-treated group were treated orally with Sulfamethoxazole and decoction of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang since the fifth week respectively.Rats in the chinese herb- prevented group were treated orally with the decoction of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang since the first week.The rats were measured by Thymus index and Spleen index,Phagocytic percentage,lymphocyte transformation rate and the percentage of T cell subgroup after 6 weeks.Results:Spleen index and thymus index,Phagocytic percentage,lymphocyte transformation rate,the number of CD4~+T cell,the CD4~+/CD8~+ values of the rats in normal group better than that of the rats in model group,The difference was statistically significant. The difference was not statistically significant between Thymus index,Spleen index,Phagocytic percentage,lymphocyte transformation rate,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+values of Western medicine-treated group and that of mode group.Thymus index,Spleen index,Phagocytic percentage,lymphocyte transformation rate,the number of CD4~+T cell,the CD4~+/CD8~+values of the rats in chinese herb- prevented group better than that of the rats in Western medicine-treated group and model group.The difference was statistically significant. Spleen index,Phagocytic percentage,lymphocyte transformation rate,the number of CD4~+T cell,the CD4~+/CD8~+values of the rats in chinese herb- treated group better than that of the rats in model group and The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Spleen index,thymus index,Phagocytic percentage,the lymphocyte transformation rate,the number of CD4~+T cell of the model rats with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia can be improved by decoction of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang and it has therapeutic effects on PCP.
