| [objective]Our purpose was to discuss quantization Standardization of correction of angulus acetabularis in the operation of inborn acetabular dysplasia and offered theoretical reference for the clinical CDH patient of correcting angulus acetabularis.[method]We measured in different groups and compared in different interclass for anatomic landmark and node point in the operation of 63 case of antiseptic pelvis.We obtained quantization standardization of height of bone graft and depth of bone cut for the operation of CDH by the method of statistics test.[result]To calculating:we deduced general coefficientξm,f,ωm,f,λm,f and general formular of bone cut and bone graft in two control group.and using the formular for clinical CDH treating of eleven case.and accepting satisfied curative effect.[conclusion]quantization Standardization of Correction of angulus acetabularis is the major reference evidence for the operation of CDH.The standardization make the correction of angulus acetabularis have theory to depend,not only stay at direct judgement by the operater.The standardization have important direction role for clinical CDH treating.
