Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Yiqihuoxue Soup

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect on Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Yiqihuoxue soup;including the clinical symptom,the gland wither,the intestines epidermis metaplasia or(and) the atypical hyperplasia,the effect of the HP be eliminated,to explor the therapeutic effect and mechanism for Chronic Atrophic Gastritis.Methods:According to diagnosis standards(Jinggang Mountains chronic gastritis seminar standard In May,2000) and elimination standards,60 cases with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis were selected.They were separated into two groups with random and double-blindness method,Treatment group and control group,each group had 30 cases. The Treatment group were treated on with Yiqihuoxue soup;The control group with Weifuchun orally o All cases were recorded the clinical symptom,the gland wither,the intestines epidermis metaplasia or(and) the atypical hyperplasia,the effect of the HP be eliminated,and the data was analyzed with SPSS/PC 13.0 for American。Results:the effectiveness of the treatment group was 83.33%in improving the clinical symptom,the control group was 70.00%,there are remarkable difference between two groups (P＜0.05);the effectiveness of the treatment group was 76.66%in improving the gland wither, the control group was 63.33%,there are remarkable difference between two groups(P＜0.05); the effectiveness of the treatment group was 85.71%in improving the intestines epidermis metaplasia or(and) the atypical hyperplasia,the control group was50.0%,there are remarkable difference between two groups(P＜0.05);the effectiveness of the treatment group was 60.0%in eliminating HP,the control group was 66.67%,there are not difference between two groups(P＞0.05);the total clinical effectiveness of the treatment group was 90.00%,the control group was 70.00%,there are remarkable difference between two groups (P＜0.05);All patients had no unusual upset in treatment.Conclusions:1.Yiqihuoxue soup can ameliorate Chronic Atrophic Gastritis' clinical symptom remarkably,and its effect surpasses control group.2.Yiqihuoxue soup can improve Chronic Atrophic Gastritis' gland wither,intestines epidermis metaplasia or(and) the atypical hyperplasia obviously,and its effect surpasses control group.3.The rate of HP be eliminated with Yiqihuoxue soup was no batter than with Weifuchun.4.Yiqihuoxue soup can enhance the therapeutic effect of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with medicine remarkably.Be safe,be reliable,and be worth promoting.
