Clinical Study Of Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Jianpi Qingwei Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianpi Qingwei decoction on treating Weakness of the spleen and damp-heat stasis Syndrome of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (CAG),in order to provide an effective drug of treating CAG.Methods:Choose 60 patients in the Secondary Hospital of Fuzhou City diagnosed with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(weakness of the spleen and damp-heat).All the eases are divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group.each group has 30 cases.There were no significant difference(P＞0.05) in sex,age,course,symptoms,signs,gastroscoptie and pathological changes,HP infection rate between two groups.The treatment group was given Jianpi Qingwei decoction two times per day with 1 pack each time,the control group was given Wei-Fu-Chun three times per day with 4 pills each time.3 months is one course of treatment.Symptoms,signs,gastroscoptic and pathological changes of each group were observed before and after one course of treatment including HP-killing rate.Results:1.the curative effect of Symptoms and signs:the treatment group was better(p＜0.05)than the control group in improving loose stool,yellow urin,bitter taste of mouth,chest distress,vomitted sour water,especially better(p＜0.01) in improving tongue demonstration,but was equal(p＞0.05) in improving gastric distention,stomach-ache, anorexia,nausea and vomit,debilitation,.2.the curative effect of gastroscope:the treatment group was much better(p＜0.05) than the control group.3.the curative effect of pathology:the treatment group was better(p＜0.05) than the control group in improving the pathologeial change of atrophy.4.HP-killing rate:the treatment group was much better(p＜0.01) than the control group.Conclusions:1.Jianpi Qingwei decoction can improve patients' clinical symptom obviously and improve patients' living quality.2.Jianpi Qingwei decoction can obviously reverse patients' change of gastroseope and histology.3.Jianpi Qingwei decoction have obviously fuction of resist Hp infection.4.Jianpi Qingwei decoction has no obviously side effects discovered in in the treatment.MeSH Term:Gastritis,Atrophic/TCD therapy;Chronic Disease;Deficiency of the spleen and damp-heat;Gastric Mucosa/ physiopathology:@Jianpi Qingwei decoction.
