Objective: Study the efect of Qing Re Zhi Yang Paste and Xiao Fan Powder on eczema from clinical observation;To explore the rudiment therapeutic mechanism of it from animal experiment.Methods: Clinical study:60 patients with czema were divided randomly into the test group (30 cases) were treated Qing Re Zhi Yang Paste to ad us. Ext after the washout of Xiao Fan Powder and the control group(30 cases) were treated Pi Yan Ping Paste to ad us. Ext after the washout of Xiao Fan Powder. Both groups had been given one three-weeks courses. To dectect the difference of clinical effect between the two groups after the courses.ExperimentStudyOfpharmacodynamics:â‘ Anti-inflammatory Experiment:Observed that Qing Re Zhi Yang Paste and Xiao Fan Powder effected auricle swelling induced by dimethylbenzen.â‘¡Alleviating itching Experiment:observed that Qing Re Zhi Yang Paste effected itching induced by ammonium sulfide.â‘¢Experiment on Anti-allergicre action of typeâ…£Experiment:Observed that Qing Re Zhi Yang Paste effected on the contact dermatitis of small mice evoked by DNFB.â‘£Experiment of bacteriostasis:observed that Qing Re Zhi Yang Paste and Xiao Fan Powder effected external Staphylococcus aureus and Malassezia.Result:Clinical study shows that Qing Re Zhi Yang Paste and Xiao Fan Powder treating 30 cases of eczema,cure in 19 cases,markede fectiveness in 6cases,efectiveness i n 3 cases and failure in 2 cases, and the clinical curative rate of 63.3%.Its clinical total efective rate is 93.3%.It is marked diference than Pi Yan Ping Paste and Xiao Fan Powder (P<0.05).The study result shows in the experiment:(1)Both Qing Re Zhi Yang Paste and Xiao Fan San Powder can notably suppress the acute swelling in small mice caused by dimethylbenzen (p<0.05).(2) Qing Re Zhi Yang Paste can incream the local threshold of itchiness in cavia cobaya and has obvious effect on alleviating itching(p<0.05).â‘¢Qing Re Zhi Yang Paste is efective on anti-delayed allergy reation of skin in small mice(p<0.05)â‘£Qing Re Zhi Yang Paste and Xiao Fan Powder have obvious effect on the inhibitory action of external Staphylococcus aureus and Malassezia.,but Pi Yan Ping Paste not has it.Conclusion:The Qing Re Zhi Yang Paste and Xiao Fan Powder were both used have the function of Anti-inflammatory,Alleviating itching,Anti-allergicre action of typeâ…£,bacteriostasis and so on.It can Alleviating itching and extinct rash fast.
