The Clinical Observation Of Shuang Bai Zhi Yang Dai Pao Xi Ji Combined Si Wu Xiao Feng Yin For Treatment Of Blood Deficiency Wind And Dry Perianal Eczema

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of shuang bai zhi yang dai pao xi ji combined si wu xiao feng yini in the treatment of the blood deficiency wind and dry perianal eczema.Methods The patients who had been in the analdepartment of our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were eligible for the inclusion criteria in 86 patients,these patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods.The observation group adopted the shuang bai zhi yang dai pao xi ji combined si wu xiao feng yin,the control group chose to use potassium permanganate solution and loratadine.The cuorse of treatment was two weeks,and the clinical efficacy was compared in two weeks.The two groups were followed up for six months to observe the recurrence.Results Removal of cass.The observation gruop and control group completed 40 case.After treatment,in the observation group,17 cases were cured,13 were deveioped,9were effective and 1 were wireless,and the total effective rate was 97.5%.One case of recurrence was cured in 17 cases,the recurrence rate was 5.8%.Control patients were cured 10 cases,13 cases were developed,13 were effective,4were wireless,and the total effective rate wase 90.0%.There were 2 case of recurrence in 10 case,therecurrence rate was 20%.The total effective rate of treatment wase higher in the observation group than in the control group(P﹤0.05),and the recurrence rate was lower than the control group.Conclusions In the clinical treatment of anus week eczema,the shuang bai zhi yang dai pao xi ji combined si wu xiao feng yin ji is a obvious effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptom such as shape and area of skin lesions,treatment effect is better than of potassium permanganate solution and loratadine.It can improve the health of people as a whole and reduce the recurrence of disease.
