Association Study Between The Syndrome Of Damp-heat In The Liver And Gallbladder Of Chronic Hepatitis B And Objective Indicators

Subjective:discuss the relationship between the syndrome of Damp-heat in the liver and Gallbladder of chronic Hepatitis B and objective indicators such as liver function,quantitative virus and liver B-chao Method:liver function check(ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL,GLO,ALB),HBV-DNA check and B- check with 116 the syndrome of Damp-heat in the liver and Gallbladder patient samples divided into three groups according to integral syndrome.Analysis correlation between integral syndrome and detection indicators.Result:hydrothermal liver is more common for people aged between 20 and 60, virus infection is more active,B-chao shows mild,more common found at early stage of Hepatitis B,synthesis of liver function is normal or quite close,integral syndrome is proportional to ALT,AST,DBIL,DBIL and indicates that liver cells inflammation,liver cells injury,bilirubin metabolism disorders.Conclusion:the syndrome of Damp-heat in the liver and Gallbladder is apparently proportional to ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL.
