ObjectiveResearching the potential difference expression MicroRNAs of both damp heat in liver gallbladder syndrome and damp heat in spleen stomach syndrome which were screened by our research group.Aim to explore the biological essences of syndrome of TCM through MicroRNA,and get the potential biomarkers of both damp heat in liver gallbladder syndrome and damp-heat in spleen stomach syndrome.MethodsUsing qRT-PCR technology,choose 6 potential difference microRNAs of damp heat in liver-gallbladder syndrome and damp-heat in spleen-stomach syndrome which were screened by our research group.Detection the expression of these 6 potential difference microRNAs in CHB damp-heat in liver gallbladder and damp heat in spleen stomach syndrome,then compares each of these two syndromes to healthy control group.Using SPSS 21.0 software to analysis the measurement data and enumeration data of this research.Results1.Damp heat in liver gallbladder syndrome group compares to healthy control group: miR-129-1-3p,miR-129-2-3p up-regulated expression,(P<0.05);miR-21-5p up-regulated expression(P>0.05);miR-1304-3p down-regulated expression,(P>0.05).2.Damp heat in spleen stomach syndrome group compares to healthy control group: miR-1237g-3p up-regulated expression,(P<0.05);miR-4419 b up-regulated expression(P>0.05).Conclusions1.This research found that there are two potential difference miRNAs in damp heat in liver gallbladder syndrome patients: miR-129-1-3p,miR-129-2-3p,this result is consistent with the result of earlier gene chip technology.2.The research found one potential difference expression miRNA in damp heat in spleen stomach syndrome patients: miR-1273g-3p,the result is consistent with the result of gene chip technology.3.The research shows,although chronic hepatitis B with the syndromes of damp-heat in liver-gallbladder and spleen-stomach are belong to middle jiao,but there are some objective materials defference between these two syndromes. |
