[Objective]To approach the experiment on functional recovery and expression of VEGF in cerebral infarction patients after rehabilitative training.[Methods]1.The object of investigations are 78 cerebral infarction patients in our hospital of department of nerve.There are 48 men and 30 women.The patients of average age is(58.33±7.66) years.The standard of being bringed into:①To fall in must be within 24 hours.②all patients are accord with "diagnostic criterion of cerebral infarction" constituted by from the Chinese Medical Association.③By the brain CT or MRI of scanning can be final diagnosis.The standard of being removed:①The patients had taken place stroke before;②The patients who have the history of brain extemal injury;③who have myocardial infarction,kidney and liver disease.④who have tumor diseae.The normal group:There are 26 healthy people.16 men and 10 women among those people.The people of average age is(56.43±6.56) years,and excepting related factor that influence VEGF according with eliminative criterion.To give a mark of nerve function after admitting hospital,according to the standard of the stroke patients of nerve function' s evaluation by the cerebrovascular disease academic meeting all around the country.To divide into groups base on "New Scandinavian stroke scale":mild<15 point,moderate 16~30 point,severity 30~45 point.2. Disparting 23 cerebral infarction patients for drug treatment who are rehabilitative training(passive exercise ) at the same time is rehabilitative group,and another 26 cerebral infarction patients who are only for drug treatment is treatment group. Rehabilitative patients are passive exercised by physiatrician 30-40 minute everyday.3. The patients are got the blood of ulnar vein for 2~3 ml when they were in hospital with empty stomach on the first day in the morning,and get the blood in the same way at the seventh and fifteenth day;The normal group get blood for only once.The blood of sample must be clear and transparent,Float should be centrifuged for removal, avoiding haemolysis and hyperlipemia of sample;All the samples which are not anticoagulation and laid up in the room temperature within the aseptic test tube are separated into blood serum by centrifugal with 3000 r·min for 10 minute after consolidation.At last keep the blood serum in the ultra low temperature(-80℃) of refrigeratory to be measured.The measure of VEGF adopt enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).[Results]1.Compared with different time in the same group:VEGF began express in the acute cerebral infarction patients at the first day,the content achieved a certainty peak at the seventh day,subsequently the express began to descend.The density of VEGF were compared with different time in the rehabilitative group at the first,the seventh and the fifteenth day,there was statistically significant difference between them,(P<0.05 ).There was same result in the treatment group at the first,the seventh and the fifteenth day,(P<0.05 ).2.Compared with different group in the same time:There was not statistically significant difference in the density of VEGF between the acute cerebral infarction patients and the normal group,(P>0.05 ).At the seventh day,The density of VEGF achieved a certainty peak in the rehabilitative group and treatment group,There was not statistically significant difference too by monofactorial analysis of variance,(P>0.05 ).At the fifteenth day,Although the density of VEGF obviously descended in the all cerebral infarction patients of blood serum,the patients of the density of VEGF in the rehabilitative group were still higher than the patients who were not rehabilitative training,there was statistically significance between them,(P<0.05 ).3.The relation between the density of VEGF in the blood serum and grading the nerves of function in the cerebral infarction patients:There was obviously statistically significant difference in the density of VEGF among mild,moderate and severity,among which the severity's content of VEGF is obviously higher than the mild's and the moderate's,(P<0.001 ).It explains that there are some relations between the density of VEGF and the degree of cerebrovascular injury,It hints that detecting the level of VEGF might be significant to estimate if the state of an illness is mild or severity.[Conclusion]1.Rehabilitative training can promote the expression of VEGF in the blood serum of cerebral infarction patients.2.To detect the level of VEGF might be significant to estimate if the state of an illness is mild or severity.
