Objective:Vascular endothelial growth factor 165(VEGF165)gene adenovirus was transfected into myocardial cells to investigate the expression of VEGF165 and proliferation activity of influence.Methods : Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)were extracted,cultured and identified;The BMSCs was induced myocardial cells in vitro.Constructed adenovirus vector carrying VEGF165 gene and its was transfected into myocardial cells;Experiment is divided into three groups: Ad-VEGF165 was transfected into myocardial cells as the experimental group;No carry VEGF165 gene adenovirus was transfected into myocardial cells as empty carrier group;Untreated myocardial cells as blank control group.Within 1 week between groups the expression of VEGF165 and myocardial cells proliferation activity,Related indicators were detected.Results:Experiments show that the experimental group VEGF165 can be expressed,and compared with the empty vector group and the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).Myocardial cells in the experimental group have the best proliferation activity,and significantly better than an empty vector group and the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion : The Ad-VEGF165 was transfected into myocardial cells by us,and it express VEGF165 can enhance activity of itself cells proliferation.
