Objective To study developmental duration of Glycyphagus domesticus in the different temperature, humidity, food type, and analysis the effect of environmental factor. The experimental population life table of Glycyphagus domesticus were constructed at different temperature, and analysis the relationship between vital indexes and different temperatures. Methods The development and growth of every stage of Glycyphagus domesticus bred with two different feeded(corn flour and chippings of bread) under constant temperatures(the relative humidity was 85%) 15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃and 35℃,respectively,were studied. The growth rate of different stage of Glycyphagus domesticus were calculated. The development and growth of every stage of Glycyphagus domesticus bred with two different feeded under constant relative humidity(the temperature was 25℃) 50%,60%,70%,80%and 90%,respectively,were studied. The growth rate of different stage of Glycyphagus domesticus were calculated. The experimental population life table of Glycyphagus domesticus with corn flour as the feeder were constructed at 15,20,25,30 and 35℃,and the life parameters of the population were analyzed. To analyzed relations between temperature and population parameters such as net reproductive rate(R0),intrinsic rate of natural increase(rm),finite rate of increase(λ),and mean generation time(T).Results 1.The results shows that the developmental period and the temperature were in negative correlation within the temperature range tested i.e.,with the increase of temperrature the time needed for development was shortened. The developmental threshold temperature but with different food. For the mites bred with corn, the whole generation took 39.72d and 9.52d under 15℃and 35℃,respectively;DTT was 9.45℃and EAT 221.10 d·℃.While for the mites bred with bread, the whole generation lasted 27.95d and 7.31d under 15℃and 35℃;DTT was 9.08℃and EAT was 167.65 d·℃.2.The eggs of Glycyphagus domesticus did not hatch under the relative humidity was 50%.The upper hatching rate(94%) could be find under the relative humidity was 90%.The lower, upper developmental threshold relative humidity of Glycyphagus domesticus from eggs to adults were 80%(12.75d) and 60%(28.17d).3.Life table of laboratory population of the Glycyphagus domesticus were constructed at five temperatures. The female lifespan was shortened with the temperature. The longest lifespan was 69.07 days at 15℃,while the shortest was 24.32 days at 35℃.The maximun number of eggs laid per female was 428.63 at 25℃,while the least was 394.32 at 15℃.The most suitable temperature range was from 20℃to 25℃,during which there were higher innate capacity of increase and the double population time was shortened. The increase rate of population at 15℃and 35℃were limited, with the double population time were 9.2296 day and 15.8615 day. Conclusions The development time was shortened with the increase of temperature. The better nutritional conditions were the one of primary factors which promotes the Glycyphagus domesticus to grow. The most suitable temperature and relative humidity were 20℃to 25℃and about 80%.And in this scope, the Glycyphagus domesticus massive reproduced.
