Objective: To observe the dynamic change of NO,CO,H2S and endotoxin in the blood plasma and intestine on rabbit during SMAO shock. Methods: 40 rabbits were divided into 5 groups on radom: sham operated,ischemic 60 min,I 60min/R 30min,I 60min/R 60min,I 60min/R 120min,8 rabbits in each group.To detect the morphological change in the intestine and the dynamic change of NO,CO,H2S and endotoxin in the blood plasma and intestine on rabbit during SMAO shock. Results :Compared with sham operated, the endotoxin content of blood plasma in each experimental groups is increased obviously,and it will become more increase with the reperfusion time was prolonged (P<0.01); compared with sham operated, the CO content of blood plasma in each experimental groups is increased obviously(P<0.01);but the CO content of intestine is increased obiously in the ischemic group(P<0.01),arrived at the max in the reperfusion 30 min group, then was stepping down slowly with the reperfusion time was polonged(P<0.01);the H2S content of the blood plasma is incrased obviously in the ischemic group(P<0.01), arrived at the topmost in the reperfusion 60min, but is cut down in the reperfusion 120min(P<0.01);the H2S content of the intestine is incrased obviously in the ischemic group(P<0.01), arrived at the hump in the reperfusion 60min, but is cut down in the reperfusion 120min(P<0.01).The pathologic detect showing:intestine ischemic group:there are a lot of inflammatory exudates, caduceus epithelial cell in the enteric cavity, epithelial cell of intestinal mucosa is swollen, blood vessel under intestinal mucosa is congested and dilated obviously.Injury of intestine in the I/R group is aggravated obviously, and haemorrhage is found in many part of the tissue.The relative analysis showing:the blood plasma NO r=-0.13, the blood plasma COr=0.35, the blood plasma H2S r=0.49 the intestine NO r=0.6, the intestine H2S r=0.57.Conclusions:SMAO shock induces endotoxemia, the endotoxin content was increased endlessly with the reperfusion time was prolonged, then induceing the dynamic change of NO,CO and H2S in the organism, and making the injure of organism aggravated. Therefore, the active treat was enforced in the phase of reperfusion ,while the prevention and cure of the endotoxemia drived from intestine and endotoxic shock was practiced in the clinical therapy.
