Intracranial tumor is one of common diseases in the nervous system, can damage the normal brain tissue, oppression adjacent brain parenchyma or blood vessels, The main performance is t he slowly progressive neurological deficits. Can also be expressed as sudden convulsion or symptoms of intracranial hypertension. There is a lot of harm On the function of the human nervous system. The main treatment of intracranial tumors is surgical resection. But the importance of intracranial neural structures require intracranial tumor must be minimally invasive surgery. To maximize protect and restore nerve function, To minimize iatrogenic injury,as well as to minimize post-operative complications. The majority of tumor is more larger, the location is deeper, c the border is unclear, loser to the important surrounding nerves and blood vessels. There is a certain degree of difficulty to determine the location of the tumor, Selection into the road and total resection. At present, the majority of hospitals in accordance with CT and MRI provide information to determine the tumor location, surgery of lesions according to imagine the space around the structure to achieve complex neurosurgery. Deficiencies in the CT, MRI provides images with a true three-dimensional structure of the brain there is a certain distinction.Because of the difference inclinical experience and their own ability, during the skin incision and bone window position and which will inevitably face the deviation of actual location of lesions, in the surgery, cause the difficult to find the location of tumor and repeated exploration, greater damage nerves and blood vessels to increase brain tissue storm drain and anesthesia time. Objective: To evaluate the value of the neuronavigation in the operation treatment of intracranial lesions. Methods: Navigation group to select the 21 cases of intracranial tumor patients in my hospital recently who were surgreyed at the help of neuronavigation system to complete the operation. The control group Randomly selected the 21 cases of intracranial tumor patients who were surgreyed by the traditional method. Compared two groups of the scalp incision length and area of bone window and cortical incision length, analyze the difference between the two groups by using the T test. analyze the difference on the lesion resection rate and complication rate by using the T test Chi-square test. Results: Navigation group, the average length of skin incision is 14.952cm. The average area of bone window is 18.524cm2. The average incision length of brain cortex is 3.381cm. 17 cases of total resection, the resection rate is 80.9﹪, 4 cases of subtotal, partial resection rate is 19.1﹪. 1 case of postoperative transient facial numbness, Complication rateis 4.76﹪.The control group, the average length of skin incision is 18.762cm. The average area of bone window is 29.048cm2. The average incision length of brain cortex is 4.643cm. 15 cases of total resection, the resection rate is 71,4﹪, 6 cases of subtotal, partial resection rate is 28.6﹪. 7 cases Add to the existing or new symptoms of dysfunction, Complication rateis 33.3﹪.Navigation system Navigation system has advantages in the reduced the scalp incision length and area of bone window and cortical incision length, Two groups of patients in the rate of total resection of tumor lines with statistical analysis found no significant difference. The incidence of complications was statistically significant. Conclusion: Surgical navigation systems in the formulation of plans, to reduce the skin incision and the window area and cortical bone incision and reduce the incidence of complications has obvious advantages. Two groups of patients at the rate of total resection of tumor lines with statistical analysis found no significant difference may be related to the number of cases in this group less relevant, to be further analysis. Neuronavigation system can provide accurate pre-operative surgical approach in the design and operation-oriented real-time, to reduce the surgical trauma, with positioning accuracy, minimally invasive, surgery to shorten the time to improve surgical results and reduce the rate of mortality and disability,There is important clinical value in minimally invasive neurosurgery.
