Objective Applying functional neuronavigation to achieve CTA,DTI,MRI multi-source image fusion.Guiding surgical treatment of intracranial glioma,to achieve the maximum degree of removal of the tumor at the same time, objects minimal damage to the surrounding brain tissue,to improve patient survival and life treatment.Method 64 cases of intracranial gliomas treated in our Hospital from October2017 to October 2019,Randomly divided into two groups: multi-modal neuronavigation group and traditional neuronavigation group,Comparative analysis was made from three aspects: the total tumor resection rate, whether there was any new neurological defect after operation, and the incidence rate of postoperative complications. Results Total tumor resection was 30 cases(83.3%)in the multimodal neuronavigation group and 17 cases(60.7%)in the traditional navigation group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Five patients(13.9%)in the multimodal neuronavigation group and 10 patients(35.7%)in the traditional navigation group developed new neurological deficits after operation, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Postoperative complications occurred in 7 cases(19.4%)in the multimodal neuronavigation group and 12 cases(42.9%)in the traditional navigation group, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Multi-modal functional neuronavigation technology with fusing CTA,DTI and other modes could improve total tumor resection rate and reduce postoperative neurological deficits, and which has a significant clinical efficacy.
