Objective:To explore the relationship between CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand GDM as well as early kidney impaired.Methods:66 cases in the hospital were selected as control group,35 cases in GDM group and 31cases in IGT group.38 cases of normal pregnancy as contrast group.IL-6,TNF-αlevels in serum were detected in 66 cases of GDM by ELISA,and microamount albumen levels in urine and CRP levels in serum were detected in these patient by immunoturbidimetry, inflammatory factor in serum and microamount albumen levels in urine in groups were compared using t-test by SPSS package and the relationship was analyzed between inflammatory factor in serum and microamount albumen levels in urine.Result:In group of GDM,IGT,CRP,IL-6,TNF-αlevels and microamount albumen levels were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).These index step up correspond to progression(P<0.05)..At the same time,double- variance correlation analysis discover that inflammatory factors as CRP,IL—6,TNF—αare significantly positive correlated with microamount albumen levels in urine (r=0.401,P<0.01;r=0.399,P<0.01;r=0.324,P<0.05).Conclusions:CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αare related to the development of GDM,their levels in serum are correspond to the degree of early kidney damage.
