Objective:To study the expression of NF-κBP50,VEGF and MVD in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and evaluate their clinical significance. Methods: The expression of NF-κBP50,VEGF and MVD were detected in 62 cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and 10 cases of reactive proliferation lymph node by immunohistochemical staining. Results: The positive rate of NF-κBP50 in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma was 63%(39/62) while the positive rate of VEGF was 68%(42/62) ,but none was expressed in reactive proliferation lymph node . The expression of NF-κBP50 was significantly related with pathological type and the response to therapy, Meanwhile we have discoved that the expression of VEGF and MVD was significantly associated with staging, pathological type, LDH, IPI and the response to therapy .The mean MVD value in group withNF-κBp50 and VEGF positive expression was significantly higher than that in negative group.NF-κBp50 expression was positively related to the expression of VEGF in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma( r=0.285 P =0.025).Conclusion: VEGF can be upregulated by NF-κBP50 in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, then promotes angiogenesis, So that they may play an important role in the tumorgenesis and development. It can be concluded that detection of them may provide us a valuable weapons in predicting tumor malignance extent and its response to therapy .
