The Inflence To Mothers And Children Of Human Papilloma Virus Infected In Gestation

Objective:To study the characteristic,diagnosis,therapy and spreading in uterus of HPV infected women in pregnancy.And how it affected the infants and their their breast milk feeding in the near future.Methods:Select 203 women in pregnancy with PV-infected,and 161 women was maswline.All the women were chected by cervical cell,colposcopy or live checking periodically.and the amniotic fluid,fetus umbilical cord ceiw blood,newborn pharynx secretion,the placenta pathology through polymerase chain reaction.Result:(1)There were 31.88%women in pregnancy infected HPV,and 17.1% women not in pregnancy infected HPVat the same time,P＜0.05,There is significative difference in statistics.(2) Over the womenin pregnancy who infected HPV there were 111 cases(21.98%) sub-infected,with condyioma awminatn 26 cases,24 cases had cervical inthroepithelial neoplasia.(3)There were 17cases terminated the pregnancy,89 cases spontaneous dlivery,97 cases deliyery through surgery,24 cases premature rupture of membrane,11 cases premayure delivery,7 cases fetal growth restriction,7 cases fetal distress,compare to women without HPVinfected at the same term,P＞0.05, There is no significative difference in statistics between two groups.That was valued by cheeking the level of HPV in amniotic fluid,umbilical cord artery and the secretion of the newborn's pharynx or vulvar.(5)The pragnosis of the newborn who were masvuline of HPV:After 6 months,the HPV positivity of the secretion of the infant's pharynx is 15.05%(28/186),of the infant's vulvar is 17.74%(33/186);after 12 months,the HPV positivity of the secretion of the infant's pharynx is 2.688%(5/186),of the infant's vulvar is 1.075%(2/186).After 2 years,they are all negative.(6)HPV chected in latex:There were 55 cases in colostrum,at the ratio 29.56%.And the infected ratio is 5.37%6 months after delivery.Conclusion:There was a higher infecting ratio in pregnancy women than that of normal women.HPV can be transmitted by verical transmission.Cesarean section cannot interrupt it's transmittion.But it did little to the newborn.No newborn infected HPV developed abnormity was found.And the chance of infecting HPV did ot raise through feeding breast milk.If a woman infected HPV,she shouldn't terminate the pregnancy.
