Objection:In order to demonstrate the value of cardiovascular risk factors, this research is to discuss the relationship between the level of blood lipid and characteristics of injured coronary artery and the relation ship between individual lipid values, lipid ratios, atherogenic index of plasma, lipid comprehensive index and non-HDL which may be risk factors for coronary heart disease and injured coronary artery further for prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods:By retrospective case analysis, we studied 449 cases admitted in the department of cardiology and operated on coronary angiography from 2008 June to 2009 March. The severity of coronary artery stenosis was measured and divided into CHD group and control group by angiography image system. Patients'preprandial blood was examined by routine assay. And lipid ratios: LDL/HDL,TG/HDL,TC/HDL,apoB/apoA,apoB/HDL, LCI=TC×TG×FPG/HDL, AIP=LOG(TG/HDL), non-HDL=TC-HDL were calculated according to the examing results. Significance analysis was carried out between CHD group and control group. The correlation was analyzed between Gensini Score and individual lipid values, lipid ratios, atherogenic index of plasma, lipid comprehensive index, non-HDL.Results:1. There are no significant differences between CHD group and control group in clinical background, such as, age, sex, smoking, hypertension and diabetes(P<0.05).2.The levels of HDL, apoB in CHD group are remarkably higher than those in control group(P<0.01)and the differences also exists in TC, TG, LDL, apoA, Lp(a) and oxLDL(P<0.05). There are remarkable differences between two groups in the levels of lipid ratios, atherogenic index of plasma, lipid comprehensive index and non-HDL.3.HDL and apoA showed positive correlation with Gensini Scores(P<0.01), while apoB showed negative one (P<0.01). Lipid ratios, atherogenic index of plasma and non-HDL also have strong correlation with Gensini Scores (P<0.01). However, no correlation was found between lipid comprehensive index and Gensini Scores.Conclusions:1. TC, TG, LDL, apoB, ox-LDL are risk factors of coronary heart disease, among which apoB showed an positive correlation with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis. On the contrary, HDL and apoA have protective effects and have negative correlation with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis.2. Lipids ratios, LDL/HDL,TG/HDL,TC/HDL,apoB/apoA,apoB/HDL和LCI,LOG(TG/HDL),non-HDL are also proved to be risk factors of coronary heart disease, among which LDL/HDL,TG/HDL,TC/HDL,apoB/apoA,apoB/HDL,LOG(TG/HDL),non-HDL have positive correlation with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis.3. There is no necessary correlation between the levels of TC, LDL and oxLDL.
