Pathogenesis Research On The Correlation Of Five Viscera Of Chronic Heart Failure

Purpose of the studyUnder the guide of Professor Deng Tie-tap proposed the academic theoretic of "Interconnections between Five Viscera",This research tries to excavate internal characteristic of the CHF in a great deal of clinical information, and to investigate the main clinical characteristics of syndrome of mutual relations in the five internal organs,in the situation to reveal preliminary conclusion of "Interconnections between Five Viscera" under different circumstance of the position and the function of CHF,further to help the doctors to make perfect cure decision in categorical identification.Researh MethodsThis research according to diagnosis standard and bring-into standard, collecting 300 patients with CHF who were hospitalized in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of Traditional Chinese Medicine during in March,2007-April,2009.A questionnaire was inquired to investigate the characteristics of syndrome of mutual relations in the five internal organs. SPSS13.0 data analysis were conducted on statistical analysis package.CHF clinical data included general information on the disease,syndromes on the disease,viscera positioning relations and Western medicine with the physical and chemical indicators and so on.Make the statistic analysis by the way of deseriptive statistical methods,cluster analysis and principal components analysis.The results1.General information on the study results showed that the disease occurs Old-aged pepole,especial between 70-79 years old.From this reasch,there is no difference in morbidity between female and male.2.Adopting Principal components analysis,the first 31factors including 71 symptoms cumulative percentage is 74.077%,can reflect truly to original variables.One type includes the particular symptoms in CHF,the other type are the sympotoms that to categorical identifitication.Under cluster analysis,the results as follow:The clinical characters in CHF appear either deficiency syndrome which including deficiency of Qi,deficiency of Blood, deficiency of Yang,deficiency of Yin or sthenic syndrome which including phlegm syndrom and stagnation of blood.Moreover,the diseased viscera in CHF refers to Lung,Liver,Spleen,Kidney besides Heart.3.300 cases of exacerbation of CHF clinical indicators Clusteâ…£consultation results:The first classification is deficiency of both QI and Blood,internal stagnation ofphlegmand retention fluid,the diseased viscera refers to mainly Heart and Spleen,it also associates the Lung and Kidney to some degree;The second classification is Heart lung -Qideficiency,blood stasis resistance,the diseased viscera refers to mainly Heart and Lung;The Third classification is Spleen lung-QI deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis resistance in the body,the diseased viscera refers to mainly Heart,Lung and Spleen,it also associates the Liver to some degree;The fourth classification is Heart Kidney-yang deficiency,phlegm and retention of fluid stagnation, the diseased viscera refers to mainly Heart and Kidney,it also associates the Spleen to some degree.The percentage of five viscera as Heart,Lung, Spleen,Kidney,Liver is diffenert from 100%,88%,35%,27.7%,7.3%.4.Through the viscera of CHF disease involving the cluster analysis, can be divided into two cluster:Clusterâ… :Heart,Lung,The second group clusters:Liver,Spleen,Kidney.Fromthe process of cluster analysis,we can discover:Intereonneetions between Heart and Lung,Intereonneetions between Heart and Spleen,Intereonneetions between Lung and Spleen,Intereonneetions between Heart and Kidney,Intereonneetions between Heart and Liver, Intereonneetions druing Liver,Spleen and Kidney,Intereonneetions druing Heart,Spleen and Kidney,Intereonneetions druingHeart,Spleen,Lung and Kidney,Intereonneetions druing Heart,Liver,Spleen and Lung.5.Obtained through the clustering beween the different CHF diseased viscera and Western Medicine with the physical and chemical indicators of the results of Binary Logistic analysis,the outcome shows statistically significant.To say in other word,the two has considerable relevance.The conclusion of the study CHF disease-although in the Heart,but there is a strong correlation between Heart and Lung,,in addition,the five internal organs are of considerable relevance to some degree.it also reflects the "Five Viscera related doctrine" as a scientific method from the perspective of clinical.
