Clinical Observation Of Advanced Prostate Cancer By Xiaoyu Sanjie Enema Of Tumor Suppressor

Objective:To explore traditional Chinese medicine treat antioncogene clinical efficacy for advanced prostate cancer by xiaoyu sanjie enema of tumor suppressor.Moreover,it can prove that the sausage is a good route.It has a high local drug concentration,fewer side effects,rapid onset,high efficacy for the treatment of tumor diseases in Chinese medicine to provide a new method.Results:To select 22 cases that consistent with the standard of the study 's internalize and elimination,According to voluntary principle,they were divided into the control group,and the treatment group.Selected patients admitted to studying were treated with surgical castration.The control control group was only given maximal androgen blockade,the treatment group based on treatment in the surgical castration was givin by xiaoyu sanjie enema of tumor suppressor.Each time 150ml retention sausage,two months was a course and once every two days.Before and after treatment,we observe blood serum PSA, prostate gland volume,quality of life score and maximum flow rate(MFR) etc.Methods:A total of 22 cases were selected,and control group 7 patients treatment group 15 patients.Finally,two cases of the treatment group can not be tolerated by enema and withdraw from the study,resulting in data loss, and the remaining 20 cases were followed up two months.1.Regarding blood serum PSA,pre-treatment,two groups of patients have no significant differences(p＞0.05).Coparred with it before treatment,blood serum PSA in the treated group reduced significantly,and coparred with it of the controlled group,blood serum PSA reduced significanrly after treatment (p＜0.05).2.Regarding prostate gland volume,Before and after treatment,two groups of patients have not significant differences(p＞0.05),Coparred with it before treatment,prostate gland volume in the two group has not remarkable difference(p＞0.05).3.Regarding the maximum flow rate,pre-treatment,two groups of patients have no significant differences(p＞0.05),Coparred with it before treatment, the maximum flow rate in the treated group increased significanrly,and coparred with it of the controlled group,the maximum flow rate increased significanrly after treatment(p＜0.05).4.Regarding quality of life score,pre-treatment,two groups of patients have no significant differences(p＞0.05),Coparred with it before treatment, quality of life score in the treated group improved significanrly,and coparred with it of the controlled group,quality of life score e improved significanrly after treatment(p＜0.05).Conlusion:The sausage is a very good route of administration,although xiaoyu san]ie enema of tumor suppressor is not able to reduce the prostate gland volume obviously,but may reduce blood serum PSA,improve the patient quality of life.The Chinese medicine to treat cancer that is the prevention of tumor recurrence and to alleviate the symptoms of cancer have better efficacy,but also to improve quality of life of cancer patients,enhances strong points and avoids weaknesses,the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine, achieves the best treatment.
