Ⅰ.ResearchUpper respiratory tract infection is a common clinical disease, according to statistics,acute respiratory diseases accounted for more than half of all acute.Adults can occur 1-3 times per year,violations of the upper respiratory tract may develop fever,cough,shortness of breath and other symptoms.Such viruses enter the body through the respiratory tract,the infection of host cells,induction of immune response,the course was self-limiting.However,in certain populations, the direct effect of virus or illness,may lead to serious consequences and even cause death,serious impact on people's work,study and life [1].Respiratory tract infections caused by many different types of pathogens,there are literature reports that all 90%of acute respiratory infection caused by virus at about 90%-95%[2].Clinical study of respiratory tract infections caused by influenza viruses,parainfluenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus and adenovirus-based[3].Far more than its pathogenic bacteria and other pathogenic microorganisms.Emergency and out-patients accounted for more than 50%of the clinical manifestations of fever,runny nose,stuffy nose,sneezing,coughing,headache, pharyngodynia and so on,and most of the main symptoms of heat treatment of children,the elderly,the host immune damage,cardio-pulmonary diseases in patients with significant health risks,human life and health as some kind of threat,the incidence of communicable and infectious diseases,the first UN-statutory.The disease is currently no Western medicine,treatment,only anti-inflammatory,antibiotics and anti-viral therapy.This type of disease attributable to exogenous disease areas of Chinese medicine.The disease can be found in the febrile disease in the "air temperature","warm spring","warm summer",etc.,and typhoid in the "Solar disease","Shaoyang disease," "Yangming disease" of various types [4].Some scholars believe that the cause of the disease and more "toxic", more dialectical "wet"[5.6].In modern Chinese medicine and clinical pharmacology studies of anti-HIV efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine is in the affirmative,and drug side effects,through the appropriate combination,many heat-clearing and detoxifying herbs in both inside and outside the body have different degrees of antiviral activity.Ⅱesearch purposesIn this study,soup Haoqin Qingdan type heat treatment of the Lingnan region of the upper respiratory tract infection,clinical observation and analysis.To evaluate Haoqin Qingdan soup in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection clinical efficacy,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of its.ⅢSarch methodsOf all cases from the Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital,Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital patients and emergency doors.Diagnosed as upper respiratory tract of infected patients with heat to give Haoqin Qingdan Decoction Decoction take 3 days to review the patient to observe the situation before and after the treatment given to alleviate the clinical symptoms score.ⅣResults25 cases of Chinese medicine treatment group:13 cases markedly effective,12 cases effective,,invalid 0 cases,the total effective rate is 100%.Western medicine control group,21 cases:eight cases markedly effective,13 cases effective,0 cases of null and void,and the total efficiency of about 100%.By observation the treatment group compared with the control group the total effective rate of the two groups no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared between the two groups were sex, age structure between the no significant difference,indicating that two sets of samples from the same overall.Symptom score in the evaluation of the results table shows:two groups of patients with fever,aversion to cold, fatigue,dry mouth do not want to drink,chest stuffiness,epigastric distress,indigestion,nausea,vomit,loose stools,and so on.A single symptom score difference between the two groups before and after treatment comparison of patients with fever,aversion to cold,fatigue,dry mouth do not want to drink,etc,after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).Symptom score sheet evaluation results show that:two patients with fever,Cold fear,body weight fatigue,dry mouth do not want to drink,chest swelling of the liver stomach nausea,nausea and vomiting I smell bad,then soft and so on,a single symptom score difference between the two groups before and after treatment compared in patients with fever,Cold fear,body weight fatigue,dry mouth,etc.do not want to drink after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05,P<0.01).Expressedly soup Haoqin Qingdan improve Cold fear,dry mouth do not want to drink,body weight and other symptoms of burnout western medicine is better than the control group. Swelling of the liver in the treatment of thoracic stomach nausea,nausea and vomiting I smell bad,then symptoms such as runny no difference(P>0.05).Two groups of symptoms before and after treatment the total score difference was significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01).Chinese group shows that patients in improving overall symptoms than Western medicine, there are statistically significant.ⅤConclusionThe clinical studies have shown:the use of Haoqin Qingdan TCM Decoction in the Treatment of Damp-heat type for upper respiratory tract infection,clinical efficiency and Western medicine treatment of ribavirin granules,their condition improved with relief of symptoms there were significant differences in and the control group was superior to the efficacy of Western medicine.Therefore,Haoqin Qingdan soup for the hot and humid for TCM syndrome types of upper respiratory infection viable for clinical treatment.
