The purposes of the research:This study through establishment animal models to research the phosphatide supplemented to influence the movement mouse skeletal muscle eaerobic metabolism critical - of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), and antioxidant enzymes - superoxide dismutase (SOD) , At the same time, this experiment also hoped that supplements through the observation the influence of the phosphatide supplemented to the movement mouse blood lactic acid and the routine blood,to provide more information on the phosphatide supplemented to the movement mouse oxidation resistance ability influence's research , for the phosphatide supplemented to the actual training of the application and development provides an enlightenment and the instruction material.Research Methods:Healthy male Kunming mouse 40 divided into four groups stochastically, each group of 10: the control group (SC), exhaustive exercise plus placebo group (EC), exhaustive exercise and soybean phospholipid supplement group (SE), exhaustive exercise and heparin supplemented Group (LE). The animal feeded ambient temperature 23.0±2℃, humidity 40 percent to 60 percent, divided in cage raising, free food, the natural circadian rhythm of light. tests officially for 12 days. Official experiment period uses to the mouse phosphatide as well as the placebo supplement fills the stomach method. The 16th day carries on a single exhaustive swimming. After the mice exhaustive,getting out the blood-eyeball immediatelyand both hind legs gastrocnemius, blood samples for indicators of the blood. Said samples from quantitative gastrocnemius,Homogenate after admissioning supernatant, Uses in the skeletal muscle cell membrane SDH, SOD indicators of the determination. After the determination of indicators, each group of between data statistics processing, to compare, summing up their differences.The results: (1) succinate dehydrogenase (SDH): The results show that: between the groups of the heparin supplemented supplemented and the soybean phosphatide supplemented has the significance difference (P<0.05), the heparin supplemented group and other each group has the significance difference (P<0.01), the SDH level of the heparin supplemented group is higher than other each group obviously, between the groups of the soybean phosphatide supplemented and the blank control group has the significance difference (P<0.01) the soybean phosphatide supplement group's SDH level to be higher than the blank control group, between placebo supplement group and blank control group not remarkable difference.(2) Superoxide dismutase (SOD): The experimental result showed that between the placebo supplement group and the blank control group not remarkable difference, between the groups of the heparin supplemented and the soybean phosphatide supplemented has the significance difference (P<0.05), between the groups of the heparin supplement and other each has the significance difference (P<0.01) the heparin supplement group's SOD level is higher than other each group obviously, between the groups of the soybean phosphatide supplemented and the blank control has the significance difference (P<0.01) the soybean phosphatide supplement group's SOD level to be higher than the blank control group.(3) The results of blood lactic acid and blood routine show that except between the placebo supplement group and the blank control group not remarkable difference, other each group of between blood lactic acid and the blood routine has the significance difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: (1) From succinic acid dehydrogenase succinic acid (SDH) the experimental result may see, the phosphatide supplemented that can enhance the level of mouse cardiac muscle to have the oxygen metabolism key enzyme SDH content, the heparin supplement especially is specially remarkable to the mouse SDH level's influence, therefore reflected from a side the phosphatide supplemented has the oxygen metabolism ability to the mouse skeletal muscle to have the enhancement function, moreover the heparin supplement effect must be more obvious than the soybean phosphatide supplement effect.(2)According to the experimental result of the superoxide dismutase (SOD), we can see, the phosphatide supplemented can enhance the mouse antioxidase - hyperoxide mutase (SOD) activeness, the heparin supplement especially is specially remarkable to the mouse SOD level's influence, the phosphatide supplemented that has the oxygen metabolism ability enhancement function explanation phosphatide to the mouse skeleton muscular tissue to supplement may enhance the mouse to have the oxygen motor ability.(3)According to the blood lactic acid and the blood routine test experimental result, we can see, the group of the the phosphatide supplemented mouse lactic acid level is high, this possibly was the phosphatide supplemented strengthens the mouse to have the oxygen motor ability, lengthened the mouse to have the oxygen movement strength to use up the time, caused the the phosphatide supplemented that the group mouse strength used up the time to be longer, the lactic acid stack was more obvious.
