Objective To investigate the expression of INH,EGFR and ER in human ovarian granulose cell tumor and their clinical significance. Methods The paraffin section of 37 diagnosed as ovarian granulosa cell tumor were collected. Expression of INH,EGFR and ER was measured with immunohistochemistry, and compared with normal ovarian tissue. Results The expression rates of INH,EGFR and ER in OGCT were 78.38%,62.16% and 70.30%,while they were 20.00%,20.00% and 30.00% in normal ovarian tissues, and they were significant deference between two groups(P<0.05).The expression of INH and ER in stageâ… ,â…¡(92.59%,60.25%, 88.89%,72.50%) was significantly higher thanâ…¢stage(00.00%, 00.00%), and they were significant deference between two groups(P<0.05); while the expression of EGFR in stageâ… ,â…¡,â…¢respective was 55.56%,75.00%,100.00%, and they have no significantly difference (P>0.05). Though correlation analysis, we can know: INH and ER were positive correlation, INH and EGFR, ER and EGFR were negative correlation. Conclusions The results indicate that INH,EGFR and ER could be used for diagnosis of ovarian granulosa cell tumor and prediction of prognosis.
