| Objective:to investigate the clinical responses in patients with the third period of diabetic nephropathy treated with low molecular heparin and Monopril(fosinopril) for eight weeks and compare the results with another group which Monopril(fosinopril) was taken orally only.Methods:60 patients with third period of diabetic nephropathy were separated into two groups randomly,30 each, and common diabetic therapy was used.Patients in control group took Monopril(fosinopril) 20mg orally once a day. While experimental group was given hypodermic injection with Low Molecular Heparin 3500IU in addition, once a day for 8 weeks. We compared the results of Scr,MAU,TG and CHOL.And with the assessed Scr,GFR was then calculated by Cockcroft-Gault formular before therapy and after eight weeks' treatment, and statistic comparison was carried out on the eighth week. Results:The MAU after 24hs decreased significantly(P<0.01) in both groups, especially in group with Low Molecular Heparin(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in GFR between the 2 groups before and after the treatment(P>0.05).the TG,TC were lowed in both groups, but the combined therapy group showed more efficiently(P<0.05).There was no bleeding or allergic reaction caused by coagulation disorder in hypoderm and other tissues during the therapy as well.Conclusion:1.fosinopril used alone or used with low molecular heparin can both decrease excretion of MAU efficiently in patients with third period of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.however, the combined therapy showed more efficiently.2.There were no significant changes in GFR in the combined therapy.3.the combined therapy can also more efficiently lower the levels of TG,CHOL in patients with third period of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.4.the combined therapy can cause no obvious adverse reactions. |
