Objective:To introduce frequently used questionnaire of breast cancer and to research the quality of life of breast cancer patients who post-menopause and explore the risk factors for their quality of life.Materials and Methods:From JAN.2002 to JUL.2005,102 patients with histologically diagnosed BC beyond who have get mental disorder,can not understand the questionnaire,and who just before dying.one hundred and two patients were investigated using a "questionnaire for evaluation of quality of life(for breast cancer patient)" by investigation members.Forty-one items of the questionnaire were designed according to EORTC-QLQ-30.Highly-related factors of quality of life were analysed by linear regression(step wise method).RESULTS:The quality of life score are 53.47±8.57 "in the team of 102 breast cancer patients.To be afraid of the tummur magrate"and"poor economic situation "on the quality of life were relatively predominant.The means and SD of these scores were 4.32±1.53,3.63±1.75."Effect after surgery" is the positive factors affecting the score of" global quality of life","general physical health", "mental health" and "self-evaluation"(P < 0.05)."Reformative radical surgery" is positive related with the global score of QOL(P <0.05).The stages of TMN is negative related with "self-evaluation"(β= - 0.197,P < 0.01);" Getting in debt because of disease" is the major negative factor to scores of " quality of life"(QOL) and other sub-aspects of QOL(P < 0.05).Conclusion The surgical method and effect,"poor economic situation" and The burden of psycholog are important factors affecting the quality of life,thus improving the surgical effect and carrying out healing instruction after surgery and to direct the patients to the important aspects for improving patients'quality of life.
