The morbidity and mortality rate of lung cancer is the highest among all cancers, but there is no an effective detection method for the early stage on of lung cancer. Therefore it is significant to seek a detection method for early lung cancer cells to increase the five-year survival rate of patients.Quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) is a micro-instrument based on the characteristic that the oscillating frequency of piezoelectric quartz crystal is very sensitive to the load on the surface, it can sensitively detect the little change in the micro reactions and can translate it to the oscillation frequency. QCM provides an easy and quick manner for getting the real-time information for the micro reaction system, so it has become a key issue in biosensor area.In this paper , a nano-electronic detection device is based on the principle that the vibration frequency of piezoelectric quartz crystal is sensitive to the load on its electrodes surface , also combine with the control ability of FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array ),single-chip and improving the load response and biochemical reactions that nano-magnetic beads have. The system is designed and developed via the development tools Borland builder 6.0, and it can realize the measurement of frequency of piezoelectric quartz crystal sensor. It consists of the following modules: micro-reactor, signal function circuits, signal processing and control module, the signal acquisition analysis system. The system provides a friendly window to realize the real-time sampling, data acquisition and data displaying via four channels. It can also real-time monitor, process and store the real-time oscillation frequencies of the sensor array. So the system has the ability of qualitative and semiquantitative analysis of cancer cells.According to the measurement results of the distilled water ,NaCl and lung cancer CPA-Y2 solution , we get the following conclusions: the measurement precision of the system is down to 1Hz; the repeated utilization rate of a single piezoelectric sensor can be as high as 7-10 times; The system has a good linear relation between the frequency changes of QCM and the concentration of the NaCl ,CPA-Y2 solution concentration ,as well as it can accurately reflect the quality of biological material. This system will have important value of reference for early diagnosis of lung cancer.Furthermore, we will try to improve the detection efficiency of the system via increasing the Detection channels and the detecting container to improve detecting capacity.
