Purpose: Since the coronary stents has been Applied to clinical, it developed rapidly and had more and more applications. The intracoronary stent implantations has become the primary means of revascularization. The number of patients accepted the treatment is growing at an alarming rate. However, It is also a traumatic treatment.Thrombosis are the main reason for early coronary artery occlusion after stenting. This article aims to explore the usage, the Earnings and the bleeding risks of low molecular weight heparin after percutaneous coronary interventions.Method: A retrospective analysis was done in 33 cases of from Sep 2008 to Feb 2009. After intracoronary stent implantations, Low molecular weight heparin was injected in the subcutaneous after removal of the arterial sheaths. Results: 33 cases of patients with PTCA and stent implantation all success, rate of 100%. During a week after implantations, Patients used of low molecular weight heparin had no bleeding complications occurred in their organs. In the observation period, blood convention, blood platelets, blood coagulation had no significant change. Four cases with the injection of low molecular weight heparin appeared some subcutaneous ecchymosis on the abdominal wall, that were absorbed not for special treatment. During one month after intracoronary stent implantations, the number of cases without myocardial infarction, heart failure and deaths was 33. All patients, on the basis of uniting enough doses of aspirin, clopidogrel, all can have a good tolerance of low molecular weight heparin treatment. No one appeared rash, neutropenia or thrombocytopenia. Conclusion: Low molecular weight heparin is a promising drug. Compared with unfractionated heparin, low molecular weight heparin has the advantages on pharmacology and clinical. Low molecular weight heparin are safe and effective anticoagulant drugs for coronary interventions. The usage of LMWH after intracoronary stent implantations can reduce cardiac events and has fewer bleeding complications.
