Objective:To Study the influence of focal mild hypothermia on the changes of serum levels of neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) in the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and their clinical significance. To study the influence of focal mild hypothermia on the regional cerebral blood flower in the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and its clinical significance.Explore the clinically therapeutic effects and and the mechanism of local mild hypothermia therapy in cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods:38 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided randomly into two groups of the local mild hypothermia and routine therapy with mannitol. The former group and the latter group was 20 cases and 18 cases respectively. The former group were treated by local mild hypothermia for 72h based on routine therapy. While the latter group were treated by routine therapy .Serum levels of NSE and hsCRP were determined dynamically before treatment and at 3rd,7th and 14th day after the treatment. And the clinical status was evaluated by NIHSS dynamically before treatment and at 3rd,7th ,14th ,21th day after the treatment. And having the brain SPECT scaned at 7th day. Then Compare the difference of laboratory and SPECT image indexes ,the difference of NIHSS in the two groups. The control group was 19 healthy people. Serum levels of NSE and hsCRP were determined dynamically ,the brain SPECT image was scaned. Results:The blood levels of NSE and hsCRP in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were higher than the normal levels. The brain SPECT image shows better rCBF irritating in the focal zone were lower than the normal levels .Contrast to routine therapy group, the levels of NSE were significantly decreased in local mild hypothermia group at 14th day after the treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of hsCRP were significantly decreased in local mild hypothermia group at 7th and 14th day after the treatment (P<0.05), and the NIHSS was apparently improved at 21st day after the treatment (P<0.05),Then the brain SPECT shows better rCBF irritating in the focal zone at 7th day (P<0.05).Conclusions:The local mild hypothermia therapy could dramatically reduce the blood level of NSE and hsCRP, inhibit inflammatory reaction, alleviate the severity of the damaged neurons, promote the rCBF irritating revival of focal zone, protect and improve neurological function in the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. It is safety and reliable in treating patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
