The Artificial Periodicitcal Treatment Of Chinese Medicine Combined With Clomiphene Citrate On Renal Deficiency Type Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect of the artificial cycle of treatment combined with clomiphene citrate in polycystic ovary syndrome (Asthenia of Kidney) the clinical efficacy,to explore the pathogenesis of PCOS and the method of combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medcine advantages of this disease for the clinical application of Chinese medicine to provide a scientific basis.Methods:60 cases diagnosed as polycystic ovary syndrome,TCM Syndrome type of patients for asthenia of Kidney,the use of randomized, controlled clinical research methods,divided into treatment group, the control group.Treatment group(35 cases) in Artificial Periodicitcal treatment of Chinese medicine with clomiphene citrate therapy treatment,the control group(25 cases) to clomiphene citrate therapy alone,and treatment of pre-treatment at 3 months after the fasting blood collection,determination of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH), testosterone(T),and observation period,body weight,basal body temperature(BBT) and other symptoms to improve symptoms and to compare.Results:The use of the method of combining Traditional chinese Medicine with Western Medcine in the comprehensive effect of comparison,the improvement of the menstrual cycle,BBT on single-phase to improve the situation is better than the method of Western medicine;after treatment,two groups of patients with PCOS can lower serum T,LH,body mass index(BMI) levels and LH/FSH ratio;between the two groups after treatment,the difference is also statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1.The artificial cycle of treatment combined with clomiphene citrate is the treatment of asthenia of Kidney patients with PCOS clinical use an effective method that can significantly lower in patients with LH,LH/FSH,T,BMI levels,to improve basic body temperature,ovulation situation and so part of infertility pregnant patients.2.In the use of clomiphene citrate ovulation added the basis of Chinese medicine,not only can make up for the lack of clomiphene citrate,synergy play,but also be able to overcome side effects clomiphene citrate to improve the efficacy. Also in the clinical efficacy of treatment quickly and recrudesce lowly.3.The method of combining Traditional chinese Medicine with Western Medcine on the treatment of this disease may be an effective way to study the prospects of a certain.
