Clinical Observation On Combine Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Treating Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treating primary nephrotic syndrome, try to find out the mechanism of Yi Qi Huo Xue prescription through clinical experiment,and try to further explore combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treating primary nephrotic syndrome in an effective way.Methods:1 Clinical data:From October 2006 to October 2008 in our hospital inpatient renal medicine and outpatient service 62 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the united Chinese and western medicine treatment group (A) and the western medicine control group(B),32 patients for group A,30 patients for group B.There is no difference between two groups in gender,age,course of disease and TCM syndrome type through statistical analysis(P＞0.05).2 Treatments:Group B was given criterion prednisone orally taking and oral cyclophosphamide impact therapy if it is necessary,and other treatment of symptomatic support.Group A was given Yi Qi Huo Xue prescription with dialectically adding other herbs on the base of group B.3 Clinical observation:We observed on their symptoms and signs of pre-treatment and post-treatment,and blood-routine,urine-routine, stool-routine+OB,24hupq,ALB,BUN,Scr,BS,TG,TCHOL,ESR,and side effects of prednisone and cyclophosphamide,to evaluate the effect of the united Chinese and western medicine therapy.4 Statistical methods:Using SPSS15.0 statistical analysis software, with all measurement data describing with(?)±S(mean±sd), and using t-test;counting material uses X~2 inspection;grade material uses Ridit analysis or rank inspection.Results:Result of the study could be summarized as:1 Total effective rates of group A was 90.63%;while group B was 70.00%;the total therapeutic effect of group A was better than that of group B(P＜0.05).2 Group A had better effect than group B in anti-side-effect of prednisone and cyclophosphamide(CTX) such as cushing syndrome, excitement,infection and descent of white blood cell(WBC)(P＜0.05).3 Two groups during the observation(in 3 month),the recurrence rate in group A was less than group B obviously(P＜0.05).4 Compared with group B,group A had better effect in decreasing 24 hour urinary protein quantities(P＜0.05).5 Compared with group B,group A was more effective in increasing serum albumin(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Group A was better than group B in improving symptoms and signs of the patients;the united treatment could significantly reduced urinary protein,improve serum albumin levels,reduce the side effects of western medicine and reduce recent relapse rate, so it could delay progress of primary nephrotic syndrome effectively,and markedly keep long-relieve in the patient of primary nephrotic syndrome,it was one of the effective method.
