Objective:Investigate the alternation of CXCL16and ADAM10in Primary Nephrotic Syndrome(PNS) of children on the treatment of traditional chinese medicine decoction shenkangling to analyze the relationship of CXCL16and ADAM10in PNS and the effect of decoction shenkangling from the level of molecular biology. To further improve the PNS in the pathogenesis and mechanism of action of therapeutic intervention of traditional Chinese medicine shenkangling experimental basis, in order to improve the clinical efficacy of the PNS and traditional chinese drug research and innovation.Methods:40children patients with PNS were randomly divided into test group(A, Shenkangling+prednisone)with20cases and control group (B, prednisone+statin lipid-lowering drugs+anticoagulant drug)with20cases. Another to select the six cases of healthy children of the medical center as a healthy control group (normal group, Group C).Collect intravenous blood10-15ml from each child in8:00am, before the treatment and2weeks after urinary protein is negative. Test the ALB, total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG)and uric albumen ration by automated biochemical analyzing machine. Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS13.0system software.Result:①The A, B, two sets of pretreatment serum of CXCL16of ADAM10level than the normal group was significantly increased. After treatment, the serum of B groups of CXCL16, of ADAM10than before treatment decreased significantly (P<0.01), group A serum CXCL16levels were significantly lower than group B (P<0.05).②The A and B groups after treatment, blood cholesterol, triglycerides and after treatment compared to group A in reducing blood cholesterol, triglycerides and urinary protein quantitative are significantly lower than the treatment (P<0.01and P<0.05), serum albumin is a significant rise (P<0.01and P<0.05). Two groups (A, B) after treatment compared to group A in reducing blood cholesterol, triglycerides and elevated serum albumin than group B (P<0.01and P<0.05).Conclusion:Children with PNS serum of CXCL16, The performance ADAM1abnormal increase in the serum of CXCL16of ADAM10involved in the pathogenesis of PNS:As an important component of phagocytic kidney damage key factor in ox-LDL, promote kidney of inflammatory cytokines, adhesion, aggregation. Chinese medicine shenkangling Granules treatment of children with PNS can significantly reduce the serum of CXCL16of ADAM10level, reduce the abnormally elevated urinary protein, lipids, improve blood albumin, thereby improving the patients condition may clear swallowed by ox-LDL serum CXCL16play an integral role related.
