Evaluating The Effect Of Ganciclovir Therapy On Infant Cyctomegalovirus Hepatitis

Objective:To investigate the clinical features of infant cytomegalovirus(CMV) hepatitis and effect of ganciclovir(GCV) and Traditional Chinese medicine on itMethods:48 children cases were collected,which are all come from Wuhan Children Hospital Combination of Chinese and western faculty.To observer their clinical features,we divided them into the treatment group(24examples)and the control group (24example),where we got control group infused GCV(5 mg/kg.q12h intravenous infusion and the time was more than one hour once) and the basic treating in routine.At the same time,in contrast to the control group,we add up Traditional Chinese medicine.Following two weeks of medicine's therapy,Serum TBIL,ALP,ALT,r-GT and the size of liver and spleen were detected before and after medicine 's therapy to observer the conclusions of the treatment group and the control group and analyzed whether they were existed in obvious difference.Because of the same reason,we examined the rate of CMV-IgM eing becamed negative.Considering the medicine may cause adverse effect,we detected serum routine blood test,Liver function,Kidney function,the last was Statistic analysis(t checking all number data p＜0.01demonstrate obvious disversity)Results:In all 48 cases of infant CMV hepatitis,most of children (30 cases,62.5%) develop Model's symptoms of infant Hepatitis syndrome,such as jaundice,hepatomegaly,rising of ALT and so on.Hepatomegaly and spleenomegaly were noticed in 96.6%and 48.7%,however,some were only showed by8.4%.in addition,some have deformity and another were combined with chance directed infection,such as sepsis(1 case),respiratory,Alimentary system disease,VitD,Vitk and so on.In treating effect,According to the contrast between the treatment group and the control group,ALT,TBIL,contraction of Spleen and liver and the rate of CMV-IgM Being becamed negative were diversified distinctly.(p＜0.01).In disversity,the treatment group was not demonstrated obvious disversity,while there appeared leucocyte reduced(lcase) in the control group and the symptom were disappeared.Conclusions 1.illness of Infant CMV hepatitis was very complicated and was showed various symptoms,which usually was combined with congenital deformity and was followed or caused infection.Some were combined with VitD,Vitk deficiency,we should examined the sitation of vitamine by routine period.2.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with GCV were treated better than GCV and were not obvious disversity,which was owe to recommend for Clinical...
