Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils is the traditional Chinese medicine,it is the Magnoliaceae Magnolia for Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils,or Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.var.biloba Rehd.et wils's dry trunk bark, the root bark or branches bark.The role of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils are deprive the evil wetness and disperse phlegm and descending qi.It can be used for the treatment of wet-stagnant acu-injury of diaphragm,pneumatosis, abdominal distention constipation,phlegm of cough with asthma.First of all,Through field visits the production bases of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils of Enshi and SHENLONG in hubei Province in this paper,and combined with relevant information in recent years,researching by the following aspects,such as medicine resources of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils,active ingredients of the different production.Established the headspace-solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography(HS-SPME-GC) fingerprint in volatile oil of Chinese herbal medicine first time.Provided a new means of identification of the quality of Chinese herbal medicine.Study with HS-SPME-GC in the volatile components of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils firstly,by comparing the three kinds of fiber-extraction(such as PA,PDMS/DVB,PDMS)in the tests,optimizing HS-SPME experimental conditions,determining the best program for the study of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils,it provided the basis of System for the evaluation of scientific quality ingredients.And used the headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS)method to study volatile components of Magnolia officinalis for the first time the.Honokiol is a National Class Two rare and endangered plants,the protection of wild herbal medicines,it's found that wild resources Honokiol nearly extinct in the survey,Therefore,the strengthening of the traditional precious Chinese herbal medicines Honokiol wild resources imminently.Firstly,by using ultrasonic extraction with methanol method,and used of high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)measurement of the main active ingredient Honokiol(magnolol and honokiol)content.It's determined that the standard medicines was the trunk bark of Honokiol Enshi Based on laboratory test results and documentationSecondly,by comparing the differences of the three kinds of fiber-extraction(such as PA,PDMS/DVB,PDMS)in the tests,optimizing HS-SPME experimental conditions.for HS-SPME applied to the study Honokiol lay a solid foundation.In this paper,using the headspace solid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography,study 11 kinds of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils by combining with chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system, set up a total of fingerprint patterns,calibration of a total of 25 owned by both peaks,through the similarity calculation,results in line with the requirements of fingerprint,HS-SPME-GC can be used for fingerprint identification of medicinal materials and quality control.finally found to the quality of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils are Enshi in Hubei Province and Shenglong frame.Finally,followed by the use of fiber-85μm polyacrylate(PA)extraction, fiber-65um poly dimethyl silane-divinyl benzene(PDMS/DVB)extraction, fiber-100pm poly dimethyl silane(PDMS)extraction with HS-SPME-GC-MS analysis the volatile components of Enshi Honokiol,a total of 148 kinds of compounds isolated,provide a scientific basis of Evaluation of the quality of its resources.
