The Clinical Observation On Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis(Cold-heat Complex Type) By The Method Of Reconciling Pivot

Objective:To evaluate safety and effectiveness of regulating pivot in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis(cold-heat complex type),and to explore the new teratment plan.Methods:Seventy cases of bile reflux gastritis(cold-heat mixed type)who met the inclusion criteria were divided into experimental group(n=35,3 cases fell off)and control group(n=35,2 cases fell off)at random.The two groups were treated with Hejie Shuji prescription and Mosapride+rabeprazole+hydrotalcite.The total course of both groups were 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated according to the TCM syndrome,gastroscopy,histopathological examination and adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results:(1)Curative effect of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate was 93.80%in the experimental group and 72.70%in the control group.By chi square test,the curative effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Total score of TCM syndromes:After treatment,both two groups can reduce the total scores of TCM syndrome(P<0.001).The comparison between the two groups showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.001).(3)Individual score of TCM syndromes:Both groups can improve TCM symptoms in varying degree(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group especially good at improving the symptoms such as dry mouth and bitter mouth,nausea,loose stools and bowel sounds,which are the typical symptoms of "cold-heat complex type"(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving gastric pain,anorexia and noisy(P>0.05).(4)Curative effect of bile reflux:The experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(5)Curative effect of gastric mucosal phase inflammation:The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving gastric mucosal inflammationv(P<0.05).(6)Histopathological examination improvement:The experimental group only had statistical significance in improving chronic inflammation(P<0.05);The control group had no statistical significance in Histopathological examination improvement(P>0.05).(7)Safety:During the observation period,the safety indicators of the two groups were normal,and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Cardinal therapy of regulating pivot had definite clinical effect in treating cold and heat complex bile reflux gastritis,which can significantly improve TCM symptoms,bile reflux,and gastric mucosal inflammation.At the same time,it has been confirmed to be safe.
