| ObjectiveObservation to the clinical efficacy and safety of ointment Uuanglian and powder to the treatment of skin ulcer;To investigate the improvement of clinical symptoms of skin ulcers,carrion purification time,muscle-sheng time and healing time.And also investigating the mechanism of ointment Huanglian and powder to skin ulcers,providing a theoretical basis for clinical.Methods1 All cases are one hospital in Wuhan in patients with skin collected in March 2008 -2009 out-patient and in-patient department in March of patients with skin ulcer,skin ulcer in line with the diagnostic criteria for 68 cases,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group 33 cases,30 cases of control group;33 cases in which treatment group the number of ulcer patients in a total of 42,30 cases of control group,the number of ulcer patients in a total of 33,after statistical analysis,two groups of patients age, gender,disease duration and cause of ulcers,ulcer site,ulcer symptoms component,the number of ulcer area and ulcer,etc. Statistical analysis showed no significant difference(P＞0.05), it's comparable. 2 Clinical observation of sub-treatment group(Huanglian ointment And powder) and the control group(0.1%Rivanol),two groups of patients with diseases to take medication for patients treated with systemic diseases;disable the other two groups of patients with localized topical drug or treatment;two patients with the same partial debridement.Treatment groups:patients with ulcers after debridement in accordance with symptoms(such as the body of concrete) to the direct use of powder-point spread on the wound swab,and then depending on the size of the ulcer Huanglian ointment sterile gauze was applied after the drug-coated gauze and then apply mature ulcer surface,external strapping;Control group:patients with debridement followed by 0.1%apply mature Rivanol gauze ulcer surface covered with sterile gauze. Two groups of patients with once-daily dressing change,and have 15 days for a course of treatment,after 3 months treatment efficacy assessment.3 The two groups were observed inpatients with clinical symptoms before and after treatment,the average time carrion purification, the average time muscle of Health,the average healing time,and prepare records.4 Safety Observation:Whether patients with adverse reactions observed in patients with external application such as the availability of the drug allergies, ulcer area of whether or not to expand and deepen.5 Integrated indicators,the data with statistical software SPSS16.0 statistical processing,data and efficient use of the total x~2 test;all measurement data with(?)±S(mean±standard deviation) using t test to calculate P values.ResultsEfficacy assessment:Treatment group and control group,63 cases of ulcer patients,42 of which treatment group ulcer surface,the cure 23,effective 9 cases,76.18%efficient.33 control group, ulcer surface treatment,the cure 9 cases of were cured in 8 cases, 51.51%efficient.X~2 test analysis by the effects of differences between the two groups was significant(P＜0.05),note Huanglian ointment and powder skin ulcer treatment is better than the control group.Condition assessment:The improvement of ulcer symptoms,carrion purification time,muscle-sheng time and healing time,the two groups for the t test,the difference was significant(P＜0.05), It show that the increase Huanglian ointment And powder than 0.1% Rivanol group in improving the ulcer symptoms,carrion purification, muscle-sheng and recovery time superiority.ConclusionThe purpose of this study add to the berberine powder paste the treatment of skin ulcers madea systematic observation,the results of the cure rate is 54.76 percent,76.18 percent for the efficient, effective than the control group,especially for acute skin ulcer obvious;clinical observation confirmed,Huanglian ointment add powder increases effective treatment of skin ulcers and ulcers in improving clinical symptoms and carrion purification time, muscle-sheng time,healing time is also very good results.
