Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Jinwanhong Ointment On Treating Diabetic Foot Ulcer With Dampness-heat Syndrome

Purpose: Gold Wan Hong cream is yunnan province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital preparation,clinical applications,spread a long time,the study of gold Wan Hong cream can promote the growth of granulation tissue,and promote wound healing,based on the basis of this proposed by gold Wan Hong cream local topical treatment of diabetic foot ulcer wound,the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation for hot and humid poison sheng license,on the basis of systemic treatment,through the gold Wan Hong local topical cream ulcer wound,of clinically relevant auxiliary examination and clinical observation,objective evaluation of its curative effect,safety and provide experimental data for clinical application.Method:The patients with diabetic foot ulcer with dampness-heat and toxicion-sheng syndrome meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.60 effective cases were guaranteed to be collected,and 30 cases were guaranteed to be collected in the treatment group.In the control group,30 patients were treated with conventional basic treatment and external application of vaseline gauze after cleaning and dressing change.After the treatment,the results were compared and analyzed to observe the healing status of ulcer and the pain status of the affected limb and compare the improvement status.Result:After treatment,by contrast,patients in treatment group and control group such as age,gender,course of the general situation and Wagner level before treatment,fasting blood sugar,2 h postprandial blood glucose before and after the treatment compared to no significant difference,P > 0.05,no statistical significance,can compare,after treatment the treatment group total effectiveness 90%,control group total effectiveness 76.33%,comparing differences between the two groups after treatment,P < 0.05,the differences between the two,statistically significant,the curative effect in treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:External application of jinwanhong ointment is effective in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with dampness-heat and toxin-sheng syndrome.It can promote the woundhealing of ulcer and improve the pain of affected limb without any toxic and side effects and adverse reactions.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
