| Bojective:Evaluation of scalp acupuncture and electrical Jiaji postherpetic neuralgia treatment of clinical efficacy. Preliminary study on the treatment of scalp acupuncture and electroacupuncture Jiaji postherpetic neuralgia clinical efficacy,and safety practices to promote a new treatment therapies.Method:To 128 cases of postherpetic neuralgifefa in patients with nerve block were randomly divided into group(A) 40 cases,electro-acupuncture and cupping Jiaji cupping group (B) 44 cases,scalp acupuncture and electroacupuncture Jiaji (C) group 44 cases,During treatment and research of the Prohibition of the Use of Chinese and Western medicines the effectiveness of similar drugs or other treatment.Nerve block group:①prescription drugs:0.5%bupivacaine 5ml, dexamethasone 5 mg,vitamin B1 2ml(0.1g),Vitamin B12 1 ml (0.5mg),0.9%normal saline to 10ml.②operation:first the basis of skin herpes and pain in the region,combined with spinal nerve disposable skin surface area of the sign segment to determine pathological changes after nerve plane to determine the choice of the implementation of the method of nerve block.For the selection of specific areas and damaged skin to block the nerve points,such as the cervical plexus, brachial plexus,epidural space.Five days per treatment 1,5 times for a course of treatment.Jiaji electroacupuncture and cupping Cupping groups:the first corresponding acupuncture ganglia lesions Jiaji paragraph.Contortus after a gas needle to stay:After the pain involved in the neural region,into the needle to move along the nerve after subcutaneous penetration,Jiaji after acupuncture on a group of electro-acupuncture.Left needle 30min.Plum-blossom needle after needle in the lesion corresponding segmental nerve lesions and the Department of the beginning of the Arab-Israeli Office is Tapping points.Gradually expand the knock.Tapping Tapping immediately after the Fire Department to use flash cupping.Shape as the selection of patients with cupping,1 day, 6 times for 1 course of treatment,continuous treatment of 3 treatment.Scalp acupuncture and electroacupuncture Jiaji groups:the first step point selection and treatment with electro-acupuncture and cupping Jiaji cupping group(B group), the second needle from the needle after the choice of the length of 1 mm to 3-inch,patients can take position,point selection: lesion of the contralateral sensory areas and motor areas, routine disinfection of the skin,the needle and the skin was about 30°angle,the rapid arrival of piercing needle cap when the lower fascia,the means of resistance is reduced,and then parallel with the scalp so that the needle penetrated 0.5-1.5 inch,subject to rapid continuous contortus,about 200 times per minute,each time contortus for 2-3min,leaving the needle 3-4 hours,leaving the needle contortus 5min each time period, a total of about 10 times a day 1,6 times for 1 course of treatment,continuous treatment of 3 treatment.Recorded VAS pain score,sleep VAS score,and follow-up to improve the degree of pain,such as patient satisfaction.Resul:128 cases of postherpetic neuralgia patients who meet the inclusion criteria,in pain,sleep,the comprehensive effect of the difference between the three groups were significant(P＜0.05),C group is better than B,A group,B group is better than A group.None of the needle stagnation,Broken Needle,infection,adverse events,such as halo-pin records.Conclusion:At present,limited studies have shown acupuncture into postherpetic neuralgia security,to improve the symptoms and pain than the other two groups of effective, yet more high-quality research evidence to enable a higher intensity.Of this method of treatment of postherpetic neuralgia evaluation of the effectiveness of other yet to confirm the need for more research.By this method of treatment of patients with postherpetic neuralgia,can significantly improve their level of pain,the rationale for the state of sleep,symptoms such as integrated;safety and feasible;high patient satisfaction is a worthy treatment of a wide range to select.
