Clinical Study On Convalescent Period Of Ischemic Stroke Due To Deficiency Of Liver-yin And Kidney-yin Treated With "Bushen Jiedu Decoction"

Objective:To study the curative effect of convalescent period of ischemic stroke due to deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin treated with "Bushen Jiedu Decoction", and to discuss the mechanism of this therapy.Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group of "Bushen Jiedu Decoction"and routine western medicine and the control group of routine western medicine. The treatment cycle is 1 month. Changes of clinical symptoms, signs and lab indexes were detected before and after treatment.Results:A month later, we found that total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%, compared with control group, there were predominant differences(P<0.05).We found this therapy could lower Tch, TG, LDL-C, ET-1, TXB2, FB, and improve HDL-C 6-keto-PGF1a, NO.Compared with control group, there were predominant differences (P<0.05) except for Tch(P>0.05).Conclusion:"Bushen Jiedu Decoction"applied to treat convalescent period of ischemic stroke due to deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin was testified to be effective.
