Threatened abortion [1],refers to a small amount of vaginal bleeding before 28 weeks of pregnancy,no pregnancy discharge,lasting for several days or hours,and accompanied by lower abdominal or lumbar pain.Gynecological examination showed that the orificium internum uteri was not opened,the membranes were not broken,the size of the uterus was consistent with the number of menopausal weeks,the symptoms disappeared after resting and medical treatment,or continued pregnancy,or developed into inevitable abortion,which belonged to the category of "fetal disturbance" and "fetal leakage" in traditional Chinese medicine.Threatened abortion is a common gynecological disease.Its incidence is around 25%[2].In recent years,the incidence of threatened abortion has shown a marked upward trend,which has caused tremendous harm to women's physical and mental health.Therefore,it has attracted the attention of gynecologists.There are genetic defects,endocrine disorders,abnormal uterus,trauma and environmental factors that lead to abortion.In recent years,immune-related factors causing threatened abortion have attracted widespread attention.Studies have found that anticardiolipin antibody is the primary factor leading to immune abortion in China.50%-70% of abortions worldwide are caused by anticardiolipin antibody positive [3],so anticardiolipin Lipid antibodies are considered to be a sensitive indicator of abortion.Advisor Wang Yirong upholds the idea of combining dialectics with disease differentiation.He holds that the blood hypercoagulable state shown by positive anticardiolipin antibody is related to blood stasis,and that abortion is the main cause of clinical abortion restlessness because kidney is the congenital basis,sperm is the main reproductive organ,kidney asthenia is the main cause of abortion.On the premise of accurate dialectics,the tutor flexibly used the method of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis to treat threatened abortion caused by positive anticardiolipin antibody,and achieved good results.This paper summarizes the records of ancient medical books and the knowledge of modern Chinese medicine doctors about this disease.Combined with clinical observation,53 cases of threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and positive anticardiolipin antibody were collected in clinic.By self-control method,the research shows that traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis can improve vaginal bleeding volume,bleeding time,bleeding color and quality,lumbar soreness and swelling pain in the disturbance of fetus.The symptoms such as abdominal pain and feeling of falling swelling have definite curative effect,which provides a new basis and thinking for clinicians to treat and study threatened abortion.
