Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Periarghritis Of Shoulder By "Moxibustion Ganshu And Shenshu Coordinate With Part Triplepuncture"

Objective:To study the curative effect of treating periarthritis of shoulder by"moxibustion ganshu and shenshu combined with part triplepuncture". Methods:64 patients with periarthritis of the shoulder were equally randomized to two groups(observation group and control group, with 32cases each). Using the diagnosis and standardization and evaluation standard ,and pain of the shoulder,function and activity of the shoulder joint were used as observation index, moxibustion kanshu and shenshu combined with part triplepuncture and control treatment respectively for 64 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Results:The total effective rate was100﹪in the treatment group and 93.75﹪in the control group,with no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.20),but there was a significant difference between the two groups in the cure rate(46.86﹪and 18.75﹪respectively)(p<0.05).By the same, there was also(p<0.001) a significant difference between the two therapies in improvement of function and pain of the shoulder joint. Conclusion:The moxibustion ganshu and shenshu cooperate with part triplepuncture is a safe and convenient method with remarkable effect for scapulohumeral periarthritis in the aspects of increasing cure rate and improving function of shoulder joint and it is significantly superior to that of the common treatment method for the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
