Clinical Research On Treating The Stagnation Of Qi And Blood Stasis Endometriosis With The San Jie Ding Teng Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effection of treating the stagnation of qi and blood stasis endometriosis with the San Jie Ding Teng (SJDT) Decoction and explore the function mechanism of it. Methods: 78 patients were divided into three groups randomly:the treatment groupⅠ(26 cases,treated with SJDT for three months),the treatment groupⅡ(26 cases,treated with SJDT for six months)and the control group(26 cases,treated with San Jie Zhen Tong capsule for three months).The changes of clinical symptoms and signs, immunity indexes(CA125,EmAb) and the blood rheology were observed before and after treatment. Result: The improvement of syndrome of the two treatment groups were significantly above the control group. there was no notable difference in the total curative effect between treatment groupⅠand the treatment groupⅡ. After treatment , the level of CA125,EmAb and the blood rheology was decreased significantly(P﹤0.05). Conclusions: SJDT Decoction is an effective recipe in treating Endometriosis, the effect can be achieved by improving the symptoms and signs,rectifying the immunity dysfunction, ameliorating the blood rheology. Long course of medication is better than a short course of treatment medication.
