Clinical Studies On Removing Stasis Method Combined Kidney Prevention Endometriosis Western The Curative Effect Of Recurrent After Conservative Surgery

ObjectiveThis investigation would to evaluate the clinical availability and clinic safety of ZiNiBuShenHuoXue Decoction and Gestrinone to to Severe Endometriosis (syndrome of Kidney Deficiency and blood stasis) after Conservative Surgery, contrast with Gestrinone.MethodsA random and compare sampling method was used in this study,and a total of 56 cases with moderate and severe endometriosis after conservative surgery were recruited into the study,which have been divided into 2 groups of Gestrinone group and Gestrinone combinated with ZiNiBuShenHuoXue Decoction group.28 cases for each group.Subjects in Gestrinone group were medicated with Gestrinone capsule.Subjects in Gestrinone combinated with ZiNiBuShenHuoXue Decoction group were treated with both two treatments.Subjects'signs and symptoms were recorded before and after treatment for comparison and observation.Results1.The total effective rates of gestrinone group and combination group were 96.42%and 85.71%,recurrence rates of the two groups were 3.6%and 14.3%.By x2 test,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).By rank sum test, the clinical effect of combination group is better than gestrinone group (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of gestrinone group and combination group has no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.The total effective rates with TCM Syndromes of two groups were89.3%and 64.3%,the difference has statistical signi ficance(P<0.05).Combination group had a higher score than gestrinone group in the sign criterion of traditional Chinese medicine.3. Combination group's improvement on TCM symptoms score and VRs score is better than gestrinone group(P<0.05).4. After treatment, weight of gestrinone group were increased about 10 people. Combination group has no significant change on weight.5. HCT level of combination group was lower than that before treatment(P <0.05). Gestrinone group has no significant change on HCT.6. CA125 level after treatment of the two groups were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).CA125 level after treatments of gestrinone group were higher than the other combination group(P<0.05).7. CHOL,TG,LDL-C level of combination group were increased after Medication for 6 months,the differences between before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05), Change on HDL-C is not important. Gestrinone group has no significant change on 1 ipid indexes.8. ALT,AST of the two groups after 6 months medication, compared with before treatment,decreased significantly(P<0.05); liver function has no significant change before and after treatment.Conel us ionDecoction and Gestrinone in the treatment for post-operative patients with moderate to severe endornetriosis, presents outstanding results in alleviating clinical symptoms,reducing side-effects such as dyslipidemia and prevent post-operative EMs recurrence to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of life of patients.
