Effection Of Neizhang Pill On TNF-α Expression In Serum And Decidual Of Anti-Sperm Antibody Positive Mice

As a common disease in childbearing women,recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by anti-sperm antibody,has attracted more and more attention of medical workers.Neizhang pill is an effective prescription in long-term clinic practice in our hospital for the treatment of abortion caused by anti-sperm antibody positive.In order to analyze the relationship between anti-sperm antibody and elements of cells,study the mechanism of Neizhang pill in treating the immune dysfunction in abortion patients caused by anti-sperm antibody positive,and provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment.Our research established anti-sperm antibody positive animal model by active immunity method.Then using this model,experimental study were done through radiation immunity,ELISA immunity and so on.The results shows that:1.This study successfully established anti-sperm antibody positive mice model.It's a feasible animal model in investigate abortion,which caused by anti-sperm antibody.2.Neizhang pill can inhibit the producing of anti-sperm antibody.3.Neizhang pill can reduce the excessive Tumor necrosis factor in serum and decidual,improve the peripheral circulation and uterine local environment roundly,and regulate the body's immune state balance.4.Neizhang pill can obviously enhance the fetiferous number of anti-sperm antibody positive mice,recover the ability of procreation.And its effection is better than prednisolone acetate group.
