Massage And Treatment Of Facial Paralysis Electroacupuncture Clinical Efficacy Observation

Objective:To by observing the electro-acupuncture combined with massage treatment of facial paralysis,revealed the acupuncture and massage are to promote the regeneration of facial nerve injury in the role, and through a combination of both experimental results prove more significant,the clinical treatment for facial paralysis at the same time provide a theoretical basis.Method:1,select 60 cases of facial paralysis patients,patients from the Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine out-patient Second Affiliated Hospital.2,the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely:electro-acupuncture combined with massage group, electro-acupuncture group.Electro-acupuncture combined with massage groups:conventional disinfection,the Selection Yintang,DiCang,JiaChe, YuYao,SiBai,Yang Bai,JuLiao,XiaGuan,Ying Xiang,ShuiGou, YiFeng,QuanLiao,TaiYang,HeGu,Taichong.In addition to HeGu,in chambers,bilateral Taichong check,the remaining are from the affected side.respectively,Leave the needle and 30 minutes.1 day,10 times for 1 course of treatment.Massage:First of all check-yang side white,the sun, Yintang,four white,eyes that save Penny,to warehouses,Shimonoseki, Tai-ying,gullies,for slurry,Yifeng,Ying Xiang,QuanLiao,refers to a Zen methods and means rubbing method,each acupoint under 50,and from the operation,repeated four times,the operation should be to make sense of ache patients.Application of rubbing and then wipe the Law the role of law and the amount of muscle,orbicularis oculi muscle,cheek muscle, masticatory muscles,nasolabial fold,etc.,continue to take law in the facial muscles,should be gentle approach,and finally with both hands holding the 1 minute Hoku,1 day,30 minutes,10 times for 1 course of treatment,two treatments were carried out.(2) electro-acupuncture group and point selection method with electro-acupuncture plus massage therapy group. More than 1 time per day in each group,10 for 1 course of treatment,two treatments were carried out 3,index measures:①to determine clinical efficacy;②House-Brachmann score restoration of facial nerve;③House-Brachmann facial nerve grading;④facial nerve latency testing.4, statistical methods:the use of software to do statistical analysis SPSS14.0 processing,group,group comparison analysis of variance,q test,t test,P＜0.05 statistical significance.Results:1,to determine clinical efficacy:electro-acupuncture plus massage group,the total effective rate was 93.3%,83.3%with the control group,no significant difference(P＞0.05);but the treatment group, markedly effective rate was 80%,60%with the control group In comparison, the difference was significant(P＜0.05).2,House-Brachmann restoration of facial nerve score:within each group before and after treatment were significantly different(P＜0.01);electro-acupuncture treatment and massage group and electro-acupuncture group,inter-group comparison,are significantly different(P＜0.05),3,House-Brachmann rating facial nerve: the comparison group before and after treatment were significantly different (P＜0.01);electro-acupuncture treatment and massage group and electro-acupuncture group compared groups,are significantly different(P＜0.05),4,the facial nerve latency test:within each group before and after treatment were significantly different(P＜0.01);electro-acupuncture treatment and massage group and EA group compared with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1,electro-acupuncture and massage therapy for treatment of certain facial paralysis,and electro-acupuncture plus massage therapy group was superior efficacy of electro-acupuncture group.2,the use of "electro-acupuncture and massage" approach significantly reduces the House-Brachmann the restoration of facial nerve score and the House-Brachmann grading facial nerve. 3,electro-acupuncture plus massage therapy group can significantly promote the facial nerve latency improvement.4,electro-acupuncture and massage treatment of facial paralysis with the elimination of the role of the facial nerve edema,and to improve local blood circulation,thereby protecting neurons,nerve damage can promote regeneration and functional recovery.
