The Influence Of San Jia Fu Mai Tong On The Clinical Efficacy And Hrt Of Ventricular Premature In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanjiafumai Tang in treating ventrieular premature in Patients(Pts)with coronary heart disease(CHD)and the influence of heart rate turbulence(HRT)so as to explore the effects and mechanisms.Methods:66 CHD patients with ventrieular premature were divided randomly into two groups.therapeutic group was treated with Sanjiafumai Tang,and and control group was treated with Wenxin Keli,4 weeks were used as a treatment course.The changes of clinical symptoms,Dynamic Electrocardiography(DCG),HRT and laboratory indexes were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:The number of VPBs in 24h was nosignificant different betwean two groups(P＞0.05),total effective rate in improving ventrieular premature beat of therapeutic group and control group was 60.6%and 57.6%,nosignificant different(P＞0.05),There was obvious difference betwean therapeutic group and control group in the clinical symptom score(P＜0.05),total effective rate in improving Clinical Symptom of therapeutic group and control group was 87.9%and 69.7%,respectively (P＜0.05);there was no obvious difference betwean two group in the total leads of depression of ST segment(NST),sum of depression of ST segment(? ST)and NT after treating(P＞0.05);Changes of turbulence onset(TO)and turbulence slope(TS)were significant different betwean two groups.Conclusions:1.Sanjiafumai Tang could improve Clinical symptoms, performance of ischemia in ECG and VPB about the CHD patients with ventrieular premature,the patients were Heart Kidney Yin Deficiency.2.Sanjiafumai Tang could improve HRT of the CHD patients with ventrieular premature,It maybe operate through improving the Cardiac autonomic nerve function. 3.It is a safe and effective preparation and it is worthy to be studied deeply.
